Ara: Over 14 years old
The ARA group is the most advanced ensemble, designed for dancers aged 15 and over who are passionate about the richness and beauty of traditional, folk, and national Armenian dances. ARA members train solo, in trios, and in groups, and have mastered complex dances such as Shalakho, Sasna Par, Shoror, and more. Each dance tells a unique story, highlighting the strength, pride, and resilience that characterize Armenian heritage.
The group's primary goal is to develop advanced techniques, expressive skills, and a deep understanding of Armenian culture. Folk dances from other nations are also included in the program, fostering a multicultural setting.

These sessions lay the foundation for future Armenian dance learning, helping young dancers feel comfortable with movement and developing their appreciation for Armenian music.
