France Varpet

A dynamic national folk group representing Armenian music and culture. Founded in 2007 as part of the France-Ashtarak Armenia Association, France Varpets brings together talented musicians passionate about preserving and promoting traditional Armenian sounds.

At the heart of France Varpets are dedicated musicians, each bringing their unique skills and cultural heritage to the stage. Our group consists primarily of five members: two duduk players, an accordionist, a dhol player, and a singer. The group can be expanded to up to eight members. France Varpets can be accompanied by an Armenian dance group, making the performance even more vibrant.

France Varpets performs at concerts and festivals throughout Armenia and Europe, showcasing the beauty of Armenian music to diverse audiences. Our performances are cultural celebrations that bring communities together. France Varpets can enhance your special events, including weddings and family celebrations, by creating a festive atmosphere that encourages guests to dance and celebrate together.
